Delivery Policy — Borderless Translation

1. Digital-Only Delivery

All translations delivered digitally via secure file transfer, email, or direct CMS upload. Formats match source files unless otherwise agreed. Sworn physical documents shipped by tracked courier (DHL/FedEx).

2. Standard Timelines

Express: 4 working days. Global: 14 working days. Enterprise: 28 working days. Rush (24h): Available for up to 3,000 words. Standard rate: 2,500 words/day/linguist. Timelines begin from receipt of complete, final source materials. Client feedback delays extend timelines proportionally. Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding Italian public holidays.

3. Accepted Formats

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF (editable + scanned with OCR), InDesign (.idml), HTML, XML, XLIFF, JSON, PO/POT, SRT/VTT/STL, CSV, and proprietary CMS exports.

4. Translation Memory

Delivered on request in TMX format (compatible with all major CAT tools). Glossaries in TBX or Excel format. These are your assets and are provided at no additional charge.

5. Acceptance

7 working days to review each deliverable. 14 days non-response = deemed acceptance. Updated: March 2026.
